Haha. I’m actually queuing up at the checkpoint in singapore blogging this on my phone. Its very cool to do this. Cooler if i’ve got my dream phone to do this with.lol. Anyway, yes I’m coming home! Like, right now! I can hardly wait! Oh,home! How i’ve longed for you! I miss everyone back home! Yay! Gonna live life to the fullest once i’m back home! Eat, sleep, play and do work. But the first three, i shall do with a conviction that i lack here in singapore. Hahaha! I’m mad. Catch you guys soon! :-D

I haven’t been updating…

And I STILL don’t have the time to properly do so yet. The drive to blog is currently driven out of me for the time being, though a lot has been happening, and I’m so sorry, I can’t find the time to blog about them. Anyway, back to my case study now. Hopefully I’ll update soon, y’all!

P.S. LAST WEEK OF ATTACHMENT, WHEEEE~~! AWESOMEEEE!!! :D :D:D!

Toodles.

My RED HOT BABY is HERE!!!!

OH MY RED HOT BABY IS FINALLY HERE!!!! My BEAUTIFUL baby. Oh, my sweet love, *kisses to my baby*.

Nyahahahahaah! Yes I’m MAD. I’ve gone mad and ecstatic. But I am mad for all the good reasons. Because…

My laptop is here!! After so LONG!! It has been three weeks!!! When they had promised me a week! Hmph! But I’m not bothered now, cause it’s here!!! Wheeeee!~~

*does a little jingle dance*

Man, Jeff’s jealous! He came by yesterday (*shines*) and he followed me with my parents to go collect my baby. I couldn’t go and collect it myself (Dad has to go and take it for me), because! Dad has made up some nonsense story to the salesman there. He told the salesman, for the past few weeks while bugging them about my baby, that I’ve gone off to Melbourne and need that laptop badly, etc. Well its the only way he could make them go any faster, he says. Lol! I had fun just showing off my baby to Jeff. He’s got on this look on his face. Priceless! :D !

*does another little jingle dance, wriggle wriggle*

Anyway, a lot of people were pretty pissed that my laptop took weeks to arrive. I mean, since I was raving about it, to anyone who would listen. And Ernest was asking me to give them a call, speak to the manager and start yelling obscenities to the person. Ha ha ha! Nice try, but too much for me.

Ok ok, I shall stop being so crazy, but let me show you my baby!!

My beautiful baby! *sighs dramatically*

*Can’t Help Falling In Love playing in the background*

Toodles!

A chronology of events.

I remembered typing my post for the New Year 2009. Suddenly we’re already entering February. How fast the earth spins on its axis. I shall summarize the events which took place the past week:

23 January 2009 – It was all work and the last day of work before Chinese New Year. Man, was I glad. :D ! I also had dinner with Jeff and his family, also with my sister. We had Korean BBQ! And I had a little of So-ju. It’s probably the strongest alcoholic drink I’ve taken so far! I had 3 little sips. Jeff had approximately 1 small cup by the end of the night and he was already dizzy. Nyahahahahah! 20% of alcohol, who wouldn’t be dizzy? I had fun teasing him. Tee hee. It was a good night, even if it didn’t start out almost well, it ended well. For me, at least. And thank you Najwa, for the wonderful chocolates. It really was a surprise, I have to say I actually forgotten about it until Jeff took it out and put it on the table. I was eyeing it for a while, thinking why is he giving me chocolates when it was HIS birthday. Then I think your name was mentioned and the light bulb in my head suddenly lit up so quickly it blew. (nyahahahaahah) THEN I remembered it was from you. Thanks, love (Naj). You’re the sweetest. :) You really didn’t have to. Hehehe. Oh did I mention, Jeff’s cake was CHOCOLATE! Tiramisu to be exact, but still…CHOCOLATE! I would’ve gone hyper if I wasn’t aware that Jeff’s family was there too. LOL.

25 January 2009 – Reunion dinner! Nothing much. Went over to Ulu Klang and had our dinner. Played with nieces and nephews. Nothing much. Prayers at midnight. That sums it all up. Lol.

26 January 2009 – CHINESE NEW YEAR! For some reasons, I don’t get the festive feeling. Then again, it’s almost the same every year. The exciting part is the angpau giving part. Nyahahahaha. I remember we used to turn on the TV real early in the morning and watch those CNY programmes. Well, this year we didn’t. Not to say it’s a bad thing, we’re not quite in the mood for it either.  Anyway, about 4 -5 pm in the evening, Mom, Sis and I went over to Ulu Klang. Mom decided to skip cooking this year, and to just go over to Ulu Klang and celebrate. Met all the uncles and aunties there. There wasn’t much after that. I occupied myself with my little darlings. :) They really are the sunshine in my life. *sighs* Mom, sis and I didn’t stay for dinner. Actually, the dinner looked like it wouldn’t even be enough for the people there itself, and the three of us, would’ve made it worse. And it didn’t look very appetizing. Dad had to stay to finish up some stuff and prayers and all…so the three of us, drove back, stopped at Craven Café (currently known as D’Jewel Café or something like that) and had nasi kandar. On the first day of Chinese New Year, we had nasi kandar. Life could not be any sadder at that point of time. Quoting Jeff, “It’s CHINESE NEW YEAR man! You had NASI KANDAR??! Sad kid.” Dude…you’re right. But what to do, life moves on.

27th January 2009 – Second day of Chinese New Year. We were invited to go back to Ulu Klang sometime in the afternoon as my eldest brother was inviting his friends and colleagues over. My second brother came over with his family to my place first for a little visit, which after they left, we went to Ulu Klang, had our lunch there, and hung around til it was about 6pm. I accompanied little Amelia watching TV while she recited the storyline for me, telling me that the dragon was the monster and etc. (how cute!) and then watched her as she slept. While she slept, I occupied myself with a True Singapore Ghost Stories book which looked ancient and feels ancient. LOL. At about 6pm, we left.  I can’t quite remember what we did that night. OH yeah, Mom cooked dinner. At least we weren’t eating out. :D ! No angpaus collected today. T.T

28th January 2009 – Third day of Chinese New Year. The day we were supposed to go back to Mom’s hometown. All the way in Sabak Bernam. Journey takes about 2 ½ hours. I brought a book I borrowed from Jeff. Brethren. Good book. Though I was barely reading in the car. I think I was hooked up on Red FM playing on the radio at the moment. Oldies, and pretty good songs too. But dude, halfway during the journey, I was CRAVING for Cheesy Wedges and KFC! Mom calmed me down saying that we’ll get steamboat once we get to grandma’s house, so that appeased me a little. And guess what? When we did get to grandma’s house, we DIDN’T have steamboat! AHHHHH!!!! I was NOT amused. We had this…err…some sorta dark looking creature that was supposed to be duck, but dad (as he told me later on) suspected that it may have been cooked again and again for the past 5 days! :S! The only thing I dare to pick off the table was veggies. Lots and lots of them, cause that’s what I saw my auntie cooking when I was at the kitchen, wandering. Nyahahahahha. We lingered there for about 2-3 hours…(got our angpaus! Whee!) and decide to go home at about 4-ish. Boy, we were GLAD. Don’t get us wrong…its just…complicated. :( Anyway, my grandma was trying to talk to me, and you see, she speaks in her dialect and nothing else. Only my mom and dad can understand her. My sister and I would usually nod and smile. But I can understand a little bit. She was trying to ask me whether I’m starting work the next day. So yeah I nodded. Like I always do, even IF I don’t understand her. Poor grandma. Well, then again, she literally has seen us GROWN! :D ! The journey back wasn’t as long as it was when we came. I, however, fell asleep shortly after I got into the car. Must be the heat or something, cause I suddenly felt very drowsy and couldn’t help myself but slept. Well, I was supposed to get back to KL and go out for dinner with Kak Nik, but…mom bought KFC since I was hounding for it since morning. But you know what??? Dad, sis and I all wanted cheesy wedges, and she only got ONE. JUST ONE FRIGGIN CHEESY WEDGES FOR US TO SHARE! T.T!! Sniff. Work the next day. Sigh.

And now, I’m back at work. I’m supposed to be doing some work at the moment, but I couldn’t help but blog. Because I’m getting bored. Choir starts again tonight. I have a recording to do this Sunday. Will update more about that, once they tell me what’s gonna happen tonight. I am SOOOOO LAZY. For choir. And work. Ugh. I want to read!!!

Happy Chinese New Year!

I suspect, in almost every blog you read these days, this would be the heading. Happy Chinese New Year everyone. :)

P.S. I will update soon. On the events that took place prior to Chinese New Year. Also, do be informed that I have another Late Night Show with Loony Zoony coming right up! Whee! Thanks Granpa Daryl! ;D!

Enjoy your holidays, everyone. :) I’m definitely going to miss mine.

Darn.

All good things happen when I have plans. And all good things involve ME.

No folks, this is not quite a very happy event. The happiness is due to the good things that is occuring, and involving me. The downside is due to ME having unchangable, unavoidable plans.

Darn. This sucks.

Hello 2009.

Happy New Year to all! Happy 2009! My first post for year 2009. 2008 held many memorable moments for me, and I should think, that each day I lived the previous year, I learnt a lesson, somehow. I may not have realized it at that point, but now, looking back…it feels like everything was important and I should just carve them into my memories with a chisel, so I don’t forget.  I am actually very curious about this new year, 2009. I suppose it happens to me every year. I don’t know what will happen, I cannot guess. Ah…it’s a twisted feeling, I have to say. Oh well, I’m just going to stop trying to explain, I’m sure you all know how it feels.

*raise champagne glass (or whatever drink you happen to have in hand)*

This is for you, 2009.

Cheers. :)

Just a note

Hello all,

I’m back from Terengganu, our last tour performance. I will upload the stories Part 2 and 3 very soon. Just hope you be patient, and all would be well. I have a last minute show at Istana Budaya tomorrow night at about 11pm, in conjunction with New Year’s Eve. I was pretty…sad. Cause I had plans with Kim and everyone, to have a New Year’s Eve dinner tomorrow night and it’s not going to come true, at least not for me. Sigh. I’m missing out on so much now, I think I can almost cry. :( I’m really sorry guys (Kim, Dev, Sophia, Shin, everyone). I really hope I’m with you guys instead. But God says otherwise. :( Sigh.

I wonder what this is…

Hello there. I’m just curious about this QuickPress thing. So I’m just typing nonsense in here just to see what it does. Gosh, I’m so random. So what exactly does it do? Hmm. Time to find out! *clicks on ‘Publish’*

Happy Birthday, Iman!

Oh and by the way,

Happy Birthday, Iman dearest! :D ! I KNOW you’ll have a blast! And a big surprise… ;-) Hahaha!

And also,

for tomorrow, since I won’t be here to wish anyone through the web…

Happy Birthday to my dearest Kak Nik, and also to my dearest Cik Sri Devi. May you both have a blast! :D !

Love you all.
